I'm Lexie, a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and certified Pilates instructor with a deep passion for holistic health and well being. My journey in the health and wellness space has been shaped by a genuine desire to help others live their healthiest and happiest lives both physically and mentally.I believe strongly in the powerful synergy between food and movement as medicine. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent and, when nourished and supported properly, have an incredible ability to heal, balance, and thrive. Through my studies in clinical nutrition and working as a pilates instructor teaching both mat and reformer, I've seen firsthand how integrating tailored nutrition and mindful movement can dramatically improve energy, digestion, mood, and overall health and wellbeing.Launching my own business, my mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health.
